Registration for Participation

Registration fee:

-1000 yen for registration

The registration fee includes following:
Attendance at all Sessions of the Symposium
A copy of the Symposium Proceedings

Extra fee:

1. Welcome reception (Up to 50 persons)

-3,000 yen for welcome reception on the evening, October 13.

2. Excursion (Closed on 26 September)

-Standard plan

A- 20,000 yen for Excursion
B- Reduced fee (15,000 yen) is available for students

The Excursion fee includes following:
Transportation by the car (Gifu University < - >Takayama on 15 and 16 October).
Banquet at Hida Hotel Plaza on 15 October.
Staying fee on 15 October (Hida Hotel Plaza) .
Lunch on 16 October.

-Second plan for student

C- Reduced fee (8,000 yen) is available for students

The Excursion fee includes following:
Transportation by the car (Gifu University < - >Takayama on 15 and 16 October).
Banquet at Hida Hotel Plaza on 15 October.
Staying fee on 15 October (Takayama field station, River Basin Research Center, Gifu University) .
Lunch on 16 October.

*The accommodation is just the difference between standard plan and second plan.

Registration:

There are 3 methods (Electronic Submission, E-mail, and Fax) for your registration. Please use your convenience method. Please contact the organizers by E-mail (mail to: sateco2005@green.gifu-u.ac.jp), if you have not received a confirmation Email within one weeks of submitting.

The deadline for the registration is 26 September, 2005.

The deadline for the regestration is extended until 12 October, 2005.

This is not necessary if you had submitted an abstract; in this case your name and address information will be automatically added to participant list.

Payment

Payment for registration including extra fee should be made in Japanese yen in cash on symposium registration disk on that day of the symposium. If you have any question on the payment, please contact us by Email (mail to: sateco2005@green.gifu-u.ac.jp).
